Eligibility
If you purchased Actovia from us and the product is unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition, you may request a return within fourteen days of delivery, subject to verification of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Opened consumables, items without proof of purchase, or goods returned without prior authorization may be declined. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Process
Email help@voglynarxel.world with your order reference and reason for the request. Approved returns receive instructions for shipment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Timelines
After we receive and inspect the return, processing typically completes within ten business days. Banks may add additional posting time.
